• This treatment does not require a therapist and is designed for a self-guided experience.

• For the best results, please refrain from eating for at least 1.5 hours before your session and avoid consuming alcohol.

• We recommend showering prior to your treatment and avoiding the use of lotions or deodorants.

-For safety and comfort, eye protection is required during the treatment. We will provide goggles for your use.

-To ensure your safety, guests with high blood pressure should avoid taking a cold shower immediately after the treatment.

-This treatment is not suitable for individuals taking certain medications, including angiotensin II receptor blockers, converting enzyme inhibitors, calcium antagonists, diuretics, or beta-blockers.

-This treatment is not recommended for guests who are pregnant, recovering from cancer, heat-sensitive, claustrophobic, have heart conditions, have recently undergone surgery or general anesthesia, or suffer from epilepsy, diabetes, venous disease, or have a pacemaker. It is also unsuitable for those with low blood pressure or metal implants in the body.

• Dunboyne Castle Hotel and Spa is suitable for guests who are 16 years and over.

• Guests who wish to change their treatment dates/times are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

• Guests who wish to cancel their treatments are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice or the full treatment amount will be charged.

• No Show appointments will be charged in full.

• By booking services online you are consenting to us using the credit or debit card details you provided at the time of booking your bedroom reservation.

• Please respect the privacy of other Spa guests by speaking quietly, switching off mobile phones and not using cameras.

• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment as this will allow you time to check-in and change before your treatment.

• Robes are not permitted in Lobby/Restaurant area of the hotel.

• Please bring your swimsuit for use in the Thermal Suite and swimming pool.

• Please ensure you collect all personal belongings from your locker or bathrobe before leaving as the Health Spa is not responsible for any personal items left behind at our Ireland spa hotel.

As a courtesy to our guests, please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of your treatment time.
